Cyberarms Will be Down a few Days

Due to Cable Modem problems, I will not be able to do new posts for a few days. Kudos to Time Warner Cable for quick service. It only took 4 online service chats with technicians and a phone call to tier 3 support over a period of three days to get an appointment for a tech to look at the half functional modem next week.

Gotta love quality service. Be back soon!

  1. Bummer bud. I had to call a few times to get the return address for the modem that Verizon sent me, the wrong modem. only took about three weeks to get them to email me the return shipper. Of course, they charged me for having two modes. *Sigh*

    • Yeah, it’s kinda wierd. Road Runner support used to be pretty quick. Now they have levels that they “have” to pass you up through.

      I hear you about Verizon, we were over billed by them once, and fought with them for awhile. Then we got fed up and switched to Time Warner…
