Google has finally shut down its censoring site in China. The move comes after Google chose to stop filtering searches for the Chinese government and faced a heavy hacking attack. Google security engineers traced the attack back to two schools in China. Google could not come to terms with the Chinese and have stopped and redirected all traffic to their Hong Kong based search site.

Google will retain a sales office in China. But as of now, all searches from Google China will go through Google Honk Kong.
